Jaeger Lecoultre Geophysic Universal Time Tourbillon, Platinum.

A bit too big, and well, the back side is less interesting than the front. Best, Nicolas

Jaeger Lecoultre Geophysic Universal Time. A couple of photos.

One of the most pleasant Jaeger Lecoultre from these last 12 years. not only nice and friendly, but also original, as there are not many World Times with a true second. Cherry on the cake the Cal 770 / 772 are exclusively dedicated to the UT and to the Tr

Jaeger Lecoultre Geophysic Universal Time.

One of these modern JLC from these last 10 years which I love a lot. At the point that one day, I will probably get one. And when you think that this movement has exclusively ben used for this watch ( and its True Second sister ).... Best, Nicolas

True Beat World Timer

Got this out today. I have always loved world timers(this is my third), and been fascinated by the dead beat seconds complication and the various ways it can be achieved (I don’t understand most of the mechanics). I am sure I am missing a reference, but u

As you well know, I love the Geophysic line, with one exception, the WT Tourbillon. As for this movement ( Cal 770 / 772 with Universal Time ), it is a great one, strangely dedicated to the UT and TS only.

Which adds a lot of interest to these two watches. The case could have welcomed more complications, the line should have enjoyed more watches for a much longer time, definitely. I hope the new CEO ( I don't know who he will be ) give some fresh air to thi

Jaeger Lecoultre Geophysic Universal Time.

The last Jaeger Lecoultre I am mad about. Nice case, good proportions, superb dial, friendly complication, and, cherry on the cake, a plus: The dead second! One day, maybe, I will get one. Best, Nicolas

Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic True Second - The real time keeper!

Hello all, I just received a watch that has been fascinating me for years. For me, it all started in 2015/2016 when JLC announced the new models and published this nice video (unfortunately unavailable now). The True Second was born, in two versions the D

Well, at that time there was innovation for everyone and every " wallet ". See the Amvox II, for example. The last " affordable " original watch was the... Geophysic True Second and Universal Time.

And that was in 2015, if my memory serves me well... Now if you want originality, you have to go high end. Which is not bad. But which is sad is that they gave up the access and mid level in terms of originality and innovation. Best, Nicolas
